About
Bespoke Inspection Services (BIS) provide high quality inspection services on new build residential and commercial properties for multiple clients who provide 10-12 year insurance backed structural warranties. Our inspection team have carried out thousands of inspections across the country. We also specialise in carrying out 'damp surveys' and our team has over 20 years combined experience completing hundreds of surveys for Registered Social Landlords (RSL) across the country

To provide unbiased, comprehensive bespoke reports backed up with media evidence. We aim to undertake inspections promptly within the timeframes agreed and deliver a high quality product and service to our clients.
